Once upon a time there were two donkeys. The first was called Matías Santiago. Matías was a local, he loved loud music and danced to the beat of a different drum. To him, life was meant to be celebrated loudly and often. The second donkey was called Nicolás González, Nicolás came from far away. He believed in hard work, in showing up early and staying late. In doing the hard work and carrying weight without complaint.

Matías led with energy

Nicolás led with effort.

For a while, they walked different paths. Then one day they met and instead of pulling apart, they chose to pull together. They realised that if vibrancy and discipline could sit at the same table, they might build something better than either could alone.

And so, Dos Donkeys was born.

A place where food is done properly and drinks are poured with passion — where dinner turns into late night and grit meets good times. Because the best things happen when different strengths come together.
